Zach Veira

Zach Veira is 28 years old. Born in 1997; He grew up in Florida, of Jamaican, Chinese, Portuguese, & Incan descent.

Zach is a guitarist, singer-songwriter, producer, & multi-instrumentalist who creates beats, as well as songs featuring his voice. Fluent with many instruments, ranging from guitar, bass, piano, and singing. Zach began playing music at the age of 6 years old. His first band was with his brother, who plays piano. He has since been a part of multiple bands throughout his musical career. In 2017 Zach decided to leave his previous band, and pursue his solo music endeavors. He has since been performing live as a one man band, playing guitar, looping and singing. Through the art of looping he incorporates bass, synth, and string tones; along with a wide range of multi-effects. Along with playing originals from his new album, he has a extensive catalog of classic music he plays ranging from Pop, Alternative, Flamenco, Latin, Classical, Jazz, Reggae, Rock & Roll, & Funk. My biggest inspirations are Jeff Buckley, Tame Impala, Carlos Santana, Guthrie Govan, Steven Wilson, Porcupine Tree, Linking Park, Sleep Token, Mike Posner, Nahko & Medicine for the People, Mike Love, Mike Shinoda, Tash Sultana, FKJ, Tom Misch, Nujabes, Facesoul, J Dilla, Kaytranada, Tupac, Eminem, Mac Miller, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Smiths, Bob Marley, Damian Marley, Sublime, & Eddie Van Halen... I could go on and on.

Zach's musical endeavors have taken him across different restaurants, hotels, and festivals throughout Florida, Tennessee, and Hawaii. Some of the festivals he's been a part of are, Zen Awakening Fest 2021, Fire Flies Forest Tennessee in summer of 2021, and Kauai Art Festival in the summer of 2022.

In 2021, Zach began performing in different restaurants in Florida such as Tacos & Tattoos (in Kendall, which I played weekly) , Aguacate, The Joint of Miami, Glass & Vine (the Grove), Nightlife Brewery, & Bar Nancy. Zach performed regularly at the "Confidante", & "The Anderson" hotel, in South Beach Florida. There in south beach Zach joined forces with his good friend Marik Frimmerman; whom which he played in multiple bands with, including Cosmik Rain. In the summer of 2021 I got the chance to perform for a cruise ship line called 'Bahama Breeze' for about 3 months.

In April 2022, Zach moved from Miami to Kauai & started performing at restaurants such as, Tahiti Nui (Hanalei), Dukes (Lihue), Trilogy (Kilauea), Cabana (Poipu), Drift Bar (Koloa), Koloa Pizza Kitchen, Jimmy's Bar & Grill (Kapaa), Small Town Coffee (Kapaa), & Paniolo's Grill (Kapaa). I played at the auditorium for the Anaia Hou Farmer's market (Kilauea) last July. In summer of 2022, I got the chance to perform with a band at a festival in Lihue called "Kauai Art Fest" that got widely recognized by the county. Zach's had the pleasure to perform in hotels, events, & venues in Kauai such as, Welina Terrace, at the 1 Hotel (Hanalei Bay), Lava Lava Beach Club (Kapaa), Grand Hyatt SeaView Terrace (Poipu), Kukuiula poolside, RumFire (Poipu), the Crooked Surf, at the Sheraton Resort (Kapaa), & Pono Kai (Kapaa).

In 2023-24' Zach performed regularly at Dukes, the Cabana, Collab Cafe, Jimmy's Grill, the Drift Bar (Koloa), & for the Princeville Saturday Farmer's market.

In 2025, Zach released his first album "Starlight Sonata" - 55 Instrumentals, and his debut single "Angels" featuring Justin Veira, his younger brother, Morgan Mott, & Jack Tesoro, with male vocals, and an electric rap verse. Zach has been playing a duo with his beloved Morgan Mott, at venue's like Brennecke's, Collab Cafe, Makai Golf Course Princeville, Happytalk, & Cabana in Poipu. Zach currently is working with local musicians to record in his studio on Kauai, and teaching 5 students guitar lessons, as well as hosting group masterclasses on beat production, guitar, and songwriting.
